Senior Advisor for Oversight & Lawfare

Alexander Wilgocki

Alexander Wilgocki serves as Advisor for Oversight & Lawfare for the USDA Office of Congressional Relations.

Before serving in the Department of Agriculture, Alex was a Professional Staff Member for the House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, joining shortly after Chairman Jim Jordan formed the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government—a Subcommittee that was formed to investigate and hold the Biden-Harris Administration accountable for suspected abuses of authority and the lawfare being unleashed on innocent, hardworking Americans. While at the House Judiciary Committee, Alex worked with teams on multiple investigations, gathered key findings and evidence for Members, and extensively reviewed materials related to such issues, not only for the Weaponization Subcommittee, but also for several other subcommittees and the Judiciary Committee as a whole. Additionally, Alex’s work experience includes, but is not limited to, working for the America First Policy Institute as a Policy Analyst, and serving in an internship for the White House Office of Speechwriting during President Trump’s first term.
