Sam Wenner

Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL, Sam always had an ambition for working in public policy on behalf of our country. Before his expedition to Washington D.C, Sam worked full time in the restaurant industry as he studied for his history degree at American Military University. In the spring of 2025, Sam decided to leverage his service industry work and passions for both our country and the American political process by interning for Chairman Jim Jordan’s House Judiciary Committee and The Heritage Foundation. Throughout both programs, Sam developed a broad variety of professional experience on the hill, stretching from the legislative process, the communications facet of politics, as well as the think-tank realm of Washington D.C.
