Since the assessments, the ITWF Team has developed strategies and implemented Learning Paths that will support the skill gap closures identified in the assessments.  USDA currently has a Leadership Development Framework and Assessment directive (DR-4040-012-001 that serves to identify the current leadership competencies and the tools that will be used to assess leadership workforce and the frequency.
