General Terms & Conditions for Awards
Recipients and any subrecipients of USDA-USCO agreements must comply with the applicable USCO general terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are in addition to the assurances and certifications made as part of the award, and any terms, conditions, and restrictions reflected on the official assistance award document.
The totality of any agreement between USCO and the recipient is comprised of several components, including the award document and the project narrative (i.e., the document that captures the recipient’s performance obligations). The award document includes terms and conditions, which are available below.
