USDA HACU National Internship Program

The United States Department of Agriculture provides high-quality internship experiences, to students from U.S. colleges and universities, at USDA agencies and staff offices across the United States.

Through a strategic partnership with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU), USDA has placed over 5000 interns since 1994.

The program addresses USDA’s workforce planning needs by aligning education and training to meet future position requirements, and promotes the participation and study of agriculture, food, natural resources, science, engineering, health, and other related disciplines.

Students, from any U.S. college or university, interested in exposure to careers in the Federal Sector and wide-ranging career opportunities should consider applying online at the HACU National Internship Program Website.
